We present the newest edition of the Law & Praxis Journal (vol. 07, n.4, 2016, oct-dec--edition 16), our fourth and last publication of 2016. The articles section comes with twelve new papers on central matters for the public debate such as transitional justice, civil disobedience, urban conflicts and social movements, among others.
The translation section carries two articles focused on theory of law, still unpublished in Portuguese. The first is a contribution of professors Rainer Forst and Klaus Gunther, from Goethe Universitat, Frankfurt am Main, Germany; the second, a paper by the Canadian professor Wil Waluchow, from MacMaster University.
The dossier offers an equally important contribution in times of intense discussions about the political and economic systems worldwide. Organized by professor Iage Zendron Miola, the section comes with a collection of articles from Brazilian and foreign authors on the theme "Law, Markets and Politics: Critical Approaches to the Regulation of Economic Power". We thank the editor and translators for the excellent work. The dossier's presentation, in English and Portuguese, follows bellow.
In the end, we also bring three reviews of recent literature, among which is one about David Harvey's newest book, "Seventeen contradictions and the end of capitalism".

Apresentamos o novo numero da Revista Direito e Praxis (vol. 07, n. 4 de 2016, out-dez--edicao 16), quarto e ultimo do ano de 2016. A secao de artigos contem doze trabalhos ineditos com temas centrais para o debate publico, como justica de transicao, desobediencia civil, conflitos urbanos e movimentos sociais, entre outros.
A secao de traducoes traz dois artigos ineditos em lingua portuguesa focados no campo da teoria do direito. O primeiro e uma contribuicao dos professores da Goethe Universitat, Frankfurt am Main, Alemanha, Rainer Forst e Klaus Gunther; o segundo, do professor canadense Wil Waluchow, da McMaster University.
