Abst ract : This articl e focus es on the
issu e o f softw are incident lifecycle
mana geme nt. It analyzes the
stan dard s with incident mana gement
inst ruct ions . A formal presentation o f
the corpo rate information syst em is
perf orme d, whi ch all ows to ident ify
an incident locat ion. They develop
inci dent clas sifi cati on al gori thm
form ally pres ented in
mult idim ensi onal space. Af ter
soft ware update, new inci dents may
occu r that are not list ed in the
know ledg e base. If an incident is
repr esented by isolated cases of “non-
stan dard inci dent ”, then it is
proc esse d separately . If an i ncid ent is
