ABSTRACT
With the various evolutions, mostly about the tec-
nology, today we live in a new society, provided with lots
of information. In the named information society, one of
this main diffusor is the internet. With the advent of this
new funcionality that reach almost all earth globe, the fa-
cility of the acquisition of the merchandise without getting
out of your house is already a reality. The access to all
information about the products, quality and price, allow
the consumer all kind of facilities that till that time did not
exist. It happen that all convenience has your price, since
that this consumer relationship can happen some fraud,
and a lot of times can let usuary unsafe with their rights
with the presumed company that deal some kind of pro-
ducts. These frauds in the internet have been causing
countless damage to the web usuary. The main objetctive
ot this paper work is to catch a glimpse of possibility of
responsabilization or not of the worker performer of pro-
ducts and services that are deal in the internet, where will
be observed the responsability of each one of the consu-
mer relationship (consumer/suplier/third part), since that it
is not always an action waited of the consumer who use
of the telematic main with the way of the acquisition of a
product, doing with the main transform in an unsafe way
to realize the comercial transaction.
